The Zero Missed Calls Guarantee

We believe in PhonicFlow so much that we offer a two-layer guarantee. If our AI agent doesn't work for your business, you don't pay. Period.

Layer 1: 14-Day Unconditional Guarantee

Try PhonicFlow for 14 days. If you don't love it — for any reason or no reason at all — contact us and we'll issue a full refund of your first month's subscription AND the setup investment. No questions asked. No hoops to jump through. Just email hello@phonicflow.ai within 14 days of your setup date and we'll process your refund within 5 business days.

Layer 2: 30-Day Zero Missed Calls Guarantee

Every call that hits your PhonicFlow line gets answered — every single one. If we miss even one call in your first 30 days, your next month is on us. Free. To claim this guarantee, email hello@phonicflow.ai with the date and time of the missed call. We'll verify against our call logs and credit your account within 5 business days. **Note:** This guarantee applies to inbound calls to your PhonicFlow number during the first 30 days of service. It does not cover calls that fail to connect due to carrier issues outside our control.

Setup Investment

The one-time $497 setup investment covers custom script development, integration setup, and testing. It is fully refundable under our 14-day unconditional guarantee. After 14 days, the setup investment is non-refundable as the setup work has been completed.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are refundable on a prorated basis after the 14-day unconditional period. If you cancel an annual plan mid-term, we'll refund the unused months minus the annual discount you received.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@phonicflow.ai with: - Your business name - The email associated with your account - Which guarantee you're claiming (14-day unconditional or 30-day zero missed calls) - Reason (optional — helps us improve but not required for 14-day) We process all refunds through Paddle, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
